If coming from Interstate 80, get off on Exit 225 and head North on Highway 151. You will travel approximately 6 miles until you come to a stop sign and the Amana Colonies billboard. You are now in the Amana Colonies. Turn right on Highway 6/151 and proceed to Homestead. After passing Homestead, continue on Highway 151 to Main Amana. At the four-way stop, turn left onto 220th Trail and travel past Lily Lake to Middle Amana. Go to 26th Avenue and turn right. Just after you turn right from 220th Trail onto 26th Avenue you will find the Cloister Haus located to the left and off of 26th Avenue in the center of the block.
